It automatically gives the bag by belt machine, automatically breaks the bag by cutting the bag device, and automatically separates and discharges the material by gravity into the storage bucket to complete the discharges and discharges. The dust generated during the operation is filtered by the dust removal device carried so that workers can work in a clean environment.
The splitting machine is mainly composed of two parts: the inclined belt machine and the main machine. Among them, the feeding belt conveyor can be customized according to the requirements of the work site, and can independently complete the delivery of bagged logistics, so that the bagged materials enter the feed port of the main engine. The main machine consists of the main box, bag breaking device, screening device, material output device, waste bag output device and dust removal device, etc. The following describes the main machine components, as shown in Figure 1.
Bag breaking device: The main working part of the bag breaking device is the cutting tool. The bagged powder materials are transferred by the belt conveyor to the 45 degree Angle of the skateboard and then slide down the skateboard by gravity. In the sliding process, the packaging bag is cut in multiple ways by the rapidly rotating five cutting tools, which can quickly separate the material from the waste bag, and the cut waste bag and materials slide into the roller screen for screening. The entrance of the bag breaking device, i.e. the entrance of the material, is equipped with a PVC door curtain to prevent the material from splashing out of the box.
Screening device: the screen wall of the roller in the screening device is covered with screening holes, and the screen plate surface is fixed with 6 movable inclined plates, which play the role of internal helix. The waste bags and materials enter the drum screen, the drum screen rotates at a low speed to accelerate the material through the screen into the cone bucket, the waste bags are spirally transported from the drum screen to the drum outlet, and fall into the waste bag conveyor.
Material output device: the material in the hopper enters the screw conveyor in the material output device, and the conveyor turns the screw shaft to transport the material out of the machine and into the next process.
Waste bag output device: the waste bag out of the drum, under the action of the shaftless screw in the waste bag output device, is transported to the long cylindrical bag outside the automatic dismantling machine for collection and treatment, and the long bag is replaced manually after being filled.
Dust removal device: the dust removal device of the automatic dismantling machine is integrated with the pulse type dust collector, arranged above the automatic dismantling machine, small volume, high dust removal efficiency; The quick-opening access door is set above to facilitate the maintenance and replacement of cloth bags; Large flow pulse injection valve, cleaning clean and fast, ensure dust removal efficiency, extend the service life of cloth bag.
The two sides of the box of the automatic dismantling machine are respectively provided with observation holes to facilitate the observation of the internal operation of the machine. Access doors are provided on both sides of the observation hole and above the waste bag conveyor to facilitate machine installation and troubleshooting.
The machine is easy to operate, sensitive and reliable to stop.
