Product Introduction
Our company's unpacking machine is used for unpacking and unloading bagged powdered and granular materials. In the fields of chemical engineering, petroleum, building materials, metallurgy, electricity, food, medicine, grain, environmental protection, etc., dry powder materials can be automatically unpacked and unloaded, such as nitrate lime, magnesium oxide, quartz sand, limestone, sawdust, protein powder, activated carbon, milk powder, PVC powder, fly ash, urea, clay, gypsum, cement, sewage treatment with added powder, etc. It can be automatically unpacked and unloaded by a belt conveyor, cutting device automatically breaks the bag, vibrating screen automatically separates the bag material, unloading, and other steps. The materials fall into the storage hopper by gravity to complete the unpacking and unloading work. The dust generated during homework is filtered out by the carried dust removal device, allowing workers to work in a clean environment.
The unpacking machine mainly consists of two parts: a feeding inclined belt conveyor and a main machine. Among them, the feeding belt conveyor can be customized according to the requirements of the work site, independently completing the transportation of bagged logistics, allowing bagged materials to enter the feeding port of the host. The host consists of a main box, a bag breaking device, a screening device, a material output device, a waste bag output device, and a dust removal device. The following focuses on the components of the host, as shown in Figure 1.
Bag breaking device: The main working component of the bag breaking device is the cutting device. The bagged powder materials are transported by a belt conveyor to a 45 degree angle skateboard and then slide down by gravity along the skateboard. During the sliding process, the packaging bags are cut open multiple times by five rapidly rotating cutters, which can quickly separate the materials from the waste bags. The cut waste bags and materials slide into the drum screen for screening. The entrance of the bag breaking device is equipped with a PVC door curtain at the entrance of the material to prevent the material from splashing out of the box.
Screening device: The wall surface of the drum screen in the screening device is covered with sieve holes, and the surface of the sieve plate is fixed with 6 movable inclined plates, which play the role of internal spiral. Waste bags and materials enter the drum screen, which rotates at low speed and accelerates the material to pass through the sieve hole and fall into the cone bucket. The waste bags are spiral transported from the drum screen to the drum outlet and fall into the waste bag conveyor.
Material output device: The material inside the cone bucket enters the screw conveyor in the material output device, and the conveyor rotates the screw shaft to transport the material out of the machine and enter the next process.
Waste bag output device: The waste bags that come out of the drum are transported to the long cylindrical bags outside the fully automatic unpacking machine for collection and processing under the action of the axial spiral in the waste bag output device. After the long cylindrical bags are filled, they are manually replaced.
Dust removal device: The dust removal device of the fully automatic unpacking machine is an integrated pulse dust collector, arranged above the automatic unpacking machine, with a small volume and high dust removal efficiency; Install a quick opening maintenance door above for easy maintenance and replacement of cloth bags; High flow pulse blowing valve, clean and fast dust removal, ensuring dust removal efficiency and extending the service life of the bag.
There are observation holes on both sides of the box of the fully automatic unpacking machine for easy observation of the internal operation of the machine. There are maintenance doors on both sides of the observation hole and above the waste bag conveyor to facilitate machine installation and troubleshooting.
This machine is easy to operate, sensitive to shutdown, and reliable.
Technical features:
1. The material is completely enclosed during the process of bag breaking and material separation, and each process is equipped with a dust collection device, which ensures no dust leakage and low noise, improving the working environment for workers.
2. Only one to two people need to place the packaging bags on the belt conveyor on site, reducing the workload of workers.
3. The equipment is easy to operate, reliable, and has a low failure rate, reducing maintenance workload.
4. The equipment is specially designed to separate broken packaging bags from materials, without being mixed into the materials or hanging in the separation device.
5. The equipment automatically counts and can set the amount of bags to reach the set amount. The equipment will automatically shut down.
6. Automatic alarm and emergency stop in case of equipment malfunction, to protect the equipment and avoid personnel misoperation.
7. After bag breaking, unloading, and separation, it can be used in conjunction with other conveying equipment to complete functions such as powder conveying and storage.
