The pulverized materials are forced to be classified by the turbine classifier in the machine under the action of air flow. The classification device replaces the screen of the usual pulverizer and can complete the micro crushing process at the same time. The two processes of crushing and micro-powder sorting have high crushing efficiency. 2. By adjusting the speed of the classifying impeller, the particle size of the product can be adjusted without stopping the machine.
3. When the system is pulverizing, the powerful pulverizing airflow produces a strong cooling function, and the temperature rise is low during pulverizing. It is especially suitable for processing heat-sensitive and fibrous materials, and the product particle size is uniform.

四、working principle:
The inner cavity of the machine body is cylindrical, with the upper part being an ultrafine classifier and the lower part being an ultrafine pulverizer. The crushing chamber is composed of a crushing disc and a grinding block, which is used to crush the materials into fine powder. The grading chamber is composed of a grading impeller, which can divide the fine powder into two specifications: products that meet the standard and products that do not meet the standard. The products that meet the standard are discharged through the discharge pipe. , collected by cyclone collector. Products that do not meet the standard will fall back to the crushing chamber along the inner wall of the cavity and continue to be crushed until they reach the standard.
