All performance indicators have reached international standards for similar models. There are 4 types of rotor structures designed. According to different crushing requirements, four types of rotors can be selected: pin rod type, rotor type, grinding disc type, and percussion rod type. The pin rod is suitable for ultra-fine crushing and viscous materials. The rotor type is suitable for crushing. For crushing brittle materials and fibrous materials, the grinding disc type is suitable for crushing plastics, and the percussion rod type is suitable for pre-crushing and coarse crushing.

Parts composition

This machine consists of a casing, door, rotor, stator, spindle, spindle air seal device, feeding device and other parts. A sealing ring is installed between the casing and the door to prevent dust leakage. The material passes through the adjustable vibrating feeder Quantitative input into the crushing chamber ensures uniformity and continuity of the feeding process.


working principle

1. Rod pin type and percussion rod type: the rotor and stator form a closed crushing cavity. When the material is fed into the crushing chamber through the feeding device, the material also accelerates and rotates under the action of the high-speed rotation of the rotor, and at the same time moves toward the outer circumference under the action of centrifugal force. During this process, the material collides strongly with the pins on the rotor and stator and is crushed, and the degree of crushing becomes more severe as it goes outward. Since the rotor and stator each have 3 to 4 layers of pin rod circles, the material crushing effect is relatively sufficient. The pin type has denser pins and is suitable for ultra-fine crushing; the percussion type has fewer pins and is suitable for coarse crushing.

2. Rotor type: The motor drives the main shaft and turbine to rotate at high speed. A large amount of air is sucked in through the high-speed rotation of the turbine, and the material and air flow rotate with the high-speed rotating turbine. The crushing area composed of the turbine and the grinding blocks on the screen ring has a compact structure, so that the materials entering the machine are closely rubbed and strongly impacted in the rotating air flow to the inner edge of the turbine blades, and in the gap between the blades and the grinding blocks Grind again. When the material reaches the product fineness requirement, the material is filtered out from the screen and discharged through the lower cavity of the casing.

3. Grinding disc type: The material enters the crushing chamber composed of a static disc and a moving grinding disc from the feed pipe. Due to the high-speed rotation of the moving disc and the action of the fan, the material is continuously sheared, hit, and rubbed, and the particles become smaller and smaller. , moves outward, and is finally collected by the collecting system through the discharge pipe.
