Product Introduction
This machine is made by introducing ultra-fine crushing technology and processing it with CNC machine tools. Each production process has special production and assembly requirements. It is a new domestic airflow crusher specifically designed for pharmaceutical crushing, originating from German technology and synchronized with Europe. The main technical characteristics are as follows:
1. The grinding chamber structure is made of two whole steel plates processed by CNC, without any welds or rotating parts, without any dead corners, easy to disassemble and clean, especially suitable for the production of sterile drugs for injection and infusion.
2. The sealing system processed by CNC machine tools (HARDINGE, USA) ensures the embodiment of various design performance.
3. Internal surface electrolytic polishing, with a roughness of Ra=0.4 micrometers.
4. The product has a narrow particle size distribution, accurate vertex cutting, and adjustable particle size distribution.
5. Complies with GMP, C-GMP, and FDA certification requirements.
6. Adapt to CIP, SIP online cleaning and online sterilization requirements.
7. The entire crushing system is fully enclosed for production, with no dust leakage.
8. Can be manufactured according to ISO, DIN, IDF, SMS, 3A, JIS standards.
9. From material selection to outsourced production, to assembly acceptance, every step has strict quality control and verification documents can be provided.
