Ball milling and grading production line
Characteristics of ball mill grading process:
●The technology directly originates from German companies and is an international standard non mineral processing production line.
●The process flow mainly includes crushing (usually using two-stage crushing), grinding, grading, packaging, material storage, conveying, lifting, etc. After the ball mill, multiple classifiers can be connected in parallel for classification, or multiple classifiers can be connected in series for classification, while producing products with multiple particle sizes. The ball mill and classifier form a closed loop system.
● The selection of ball mills adopts non-standard design based on the hardness, grindability, processing particle size, and output of minerals. The shape of lining plates and ball (segment) grading are customized based on years of engineering practice experience to improve the grinding efficiency of ball mills and reduce product energy consumption.
●The selection of classification machines can be based on the different fineness of the product. The FW series classification machines can be adapted to the classification of D97:3~20 micrometer products, while the FL series classification machines can be adapted to the classification of D97:8-45 micrometer products. Each classification machine has a wide range of product adjustment and a wide range of market applications.
● When a production line produces multiple varieties simultaneously, we can use multiple classifiers in series. By optimizing the combination of coarse and fine classifiers, we ensure low energy consumption of the product, convenient adjustment of particle size distribution, and low over grinding phenomenon of the ball mill.
● We can design and adopt different factory structures and equipment layout schemes based on the investment scale of our clients, providing cost-effective configuration systems. For example, equipment with an annual output of less than 20000 tons is mostly arranged in a single-layer factory floor plan, conveying systems are spiral conveying, and packaging can be done manually. Equipment with an annual output of more than 20000 tons is arranged in a multi-layer factory floor plan, conveying systems are pneumatic conveying, and packaging is equipped with automatic packaging and stacking systems.
●In terms of environmental protection, we adopt a special design, which reduces noise through equipment vibration reduction and some soft connections. By using high-quality filtering materials, we ensure low dust emissions.
● The electronic control system adopts program control to control the entire production process, from the feeding bin, grinding and grading, to product packaging.
● We can provide additional services to customers, such as mineral processing, modification, granulation, and upgrading of old production lines. By extending to both ends of the product, we ensure the interests of our customers.
●The design is different from traditional cement mills and mills used in mining and metallurgy, and meets the processing requirements of ultra-fine filler grade minerals in Germany.
●Optimize the length to diameter ratio to prevent overgrinding and achieve better grinding results.
●Optimizing the perforation rate and design of the grate plate, using a smaller grinding medium can improve the grinding fineness.
●The tail discharge of the grate plate mill is smooth, without any swelling or grinding phenomenon, and the cylinder does not need to be cooled.
●The grinding medium is reasonably proportioned according to product requirements, with high filling rate and high efficiency.
●Adding grinding aids when grinding ultrafine powders to improve grinding efficiency.
●Optimize the matching of drive and grinding energy consumption to save energy.
●Forming a closed system with the classifier, negative pressure conveying, and dust-free.
●Optimize the shape and material of the lining plate and grinding medium, manufacture according to German requirements, reduce damage rate, and improve grinding efficiency.
●Hard minerals can be designed with iron free pollution, and lining plates and grinding bodies can be made of alumina ceramics, quartz, SILEX or special materials.
