operational principle
The materials are uniformly fed into the crushing chamber by the feeding system and are subjected to strong impacts from the high-speed rotating grinding disc. At the same time, they are subjected to various comprehensive forces such as friction and shear between the stationary disc and the gear ring, causing the materials to be crushed. Depending on the properties of the materials, different structural forms of combinations can be used between the grinding disc and the stationary disc to meet the crushing needs of different materials.
There are multiple rotor structures designed, and different types of rotors can be selected according to different crushing requirements, such as pin type, rotor type, grinding disc type, striking rod type, blade shearing type, etc. The pin type is suitable for ultra-fine crushing and crushing of viscous materials, the rotor type is suitable for crushing brittle and fibrous materials, the grinding disc type is suitable for crushing plastics, and the striking rod type is suitable for pre crushing and coarse crushing.
