Product Introduction
The CAM-Y series scattering and shaping machine is equipped with a crushing and shaping chamber at the lower part, and a classifier is installed at the upper part. It is connected through a flange plate. Under the attraction of the induced draft fan at the rear of the system, the material is sucked into the scattering and shaping machine under negative pressure. Driven by the high-speed rotating crushing plate, the material is quickly thrown onto the serrated lining plate around the crushing plate. After repeatedly impacting and shaping the material, it enters the upper classification area. The classification wheel is operated at high speed for separation, and the ultra-fine powder passes through the classification impeller and enters the cyclone collector and bag dust collector for collection. The coarse material returns to the scattering and shaping area under centrifugal force to continue crushing and shaping. This process can be used in series with a secondary airflow classifier.
